I had despaired of being able to fulfill today's challenge, given lack of time and opportunity. But as an overachiever, I hate to fail at anything. So at 10:45 pm I took one last despairing look around the bedroom and suddenly noticed the turtle hair clip I'd put over a paint stain on our floor lamp—a silhouette! Aha! I didn't have to fail after all.
